marvellous and brilliant location for visiting eateries and pubs. plenty of great food for meals. early check-in, late check-out.

District Apartments Fitzroy is conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne. Being just a 5-minute walk from the nearest tube station is a definite advantage. I stayed for 2 nights, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit.

The hotel was well-equipped and exactly what we needed. The staff was helpful and excellent, kept everything clean and good. Particularly good location on the corner right near the tram stop made it easy to get to key attractions. There was Yo minutes away from the property.

The location was very convenient, within walking distance to numerous pubs and restaurants. Plus, the airport was just 0.5 km away. the room offered a quiet atmosphere, was carpeted, and included good storage along with comfortable beds. the facilities were impressive as well.

We had a wonderful time at District Apartments Fitzroy. the room was modern and functional, equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator for convenience. the location is superb, with great shops nearby, and the staff were friendly and exceptional. we were just a stone's throw away from fantastic restaurants and cafes.

The rooms here are modern and have some nice touches, plus the staff are really friendly. It's also located centrally, though it's either on a busy street or in a slightly dimly lit back alley. 🏙️.

The noise level was unbearable, with constant noisy neighbors and loud hallway traffic. The soundproofing was non-existent, and even with closed windows and doors, the noise from the street and adjacent buildings could be heard.

This accommodation is situated in a perfect location close to everything. It is equally right next to the tram, close to good shops, and bars. The hotel facilities were great as we had access to a full kitchen and laundry facilities, making our stay easier. The cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable, and it was evident that the staff took extra precautions to implement safety measures.
